The treatment of natural light into the interior of the housing has been one of the premises in the design of your home: large holes in principal and secondary back-yard facades, as result for that commitment. For the closures of voids facade we used solid wood trim of Walnut with double glazing security material that combines stability to all sorts of external actors with the beauty of the finish. To ensure both summer and winter maximum comfort and minimize energy losses, we have designed a double-glazed Climalit, consisting on two polished pane of 6 mm. and an intermediate vacuum chamber of 10 mm. thick.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with Italian design furniture in solid wood, silestone counter top and All electrical chromed line elements Bosch brand.
SANITARY AND PLUMBING
The bathrooms are equipped with transparent glass screen made to measure, separating the area of toilets from the sanitary. Fully equipped with mirrors and radiators for the towels. All bathrooms are exterior with large windows. All hardware will be HANSGROHE brand along with the brand DURAVIT for sanitary fixture.
HOT WATER
The ACS solar panels installation for hot water consume helps optimize the power consumption of the villa.
