We access to the property through an exterior stair and a covered porch saving the difference in the floor level between the road and the construction. To ensure both summer and winter maximum comfort and minimize energy losses, we have designed a double-glazed Climalit, consisting on two polished pane of 6 mm. and an intermediate vacuum chamber of 10 mm. thick.

 SANITARY AND PLUMBING
 
The bathrooms are equipped with transparent glass screen made to measure, separating the area of toilets from the sanitary.  Fully equipped with mirrors and radiators for the towels.
